Is there someone who buys used car parts to remanufacture?

I replaced the power steering pump on my car. The new pump did not have a core charge, so I have the old pump on hand. Usually, I recycle my old parts, rather than landfill them. But, power steering pumps are commonly remanufactured for resale, and if I can get a few bucks out of it, that would be nice. Is there anyone that buys used parts from individuals to remanufacture?|||usually when the remanfacture dosen't want the core back they must have a million of them. the best way to recycle somthing like that is to take it to a salvage recycler however they won't give you much if any for one part, they usually pay several dollars for a hundred pounds
