How can i find car parts?

I have a 1997 Nissan EL GRAND ALE50 and i simply want to buy some new brake pads as well as a few other items. my dilemma is i am not very car savvy i am out here in japan and i know i could find he items i need cheaper on the internet. Can anyone tell me if here is a way to find parts for my car?|||I'm not from Japan, but there has to be auto parts stores there. Check Ebay also.|||i figure there are part stores there.
