Where would the parts and car be sold at online and physical locations? Besides eBay and craigslist.|||they get sold to private parties and repair shops.

check your classified ads and local swap meets.|||Local flea markets, machine shops (sometimes chop shop guys try to sell motors and stuff to the machine shop), parts swap meet shows. Sometimes they wind up in the vehicle of the person that stole the components.
If buying a part used, if it has the serial numbers grinded off, chances are the part is hot.|||why are you looking to get rid of some hot parts ?
