What are the names of these car parts and how much will it cost to get them fixed?

i just hit a car while i was making a left turn ... the division between the passenger side door and the body surrounding my fender (the part more towards the rear of the car) was hit. the fender, part of my passenger side door, and the other part of the door division (more towards the front of the car) are all dented pretty badly. what are the specific names of these parts, and how much will it cost to get them fixed?

also, what does that accordian-looking thing do in between the door and the car (when the door is open)? ... because that now has a hole in it.

please help!! thanks!!|||depends on the car; sounds like the door, pillar and rear quarter panel. Some cars are cheap, some expensive. You should ask at the junkyard first, if you actually need to replace these parts, which may be cheaper than repairing them (or may not). The accordion thing holds the wires going to the window, lock etc. If all it has is a hole in it I'd clean it up with a solvent like acetone and get some rubber gunk in a tube and seal the hole. You don't want to pull out all those wires if you can help it......|||Thats more likely a estimating of a thousand dollars.|||the accordian thing protects the wires going into the door.

sounds like 2 new doors and a fender, or 2 door skins just the outer shell of the door and a fender repair depends on the shop.|||The doors are going to be costly, unless you can get them from a car salvage yard. No matter what the make and model of your car, the fender (the part of the car between the door and the bumper) cost is going to kill you. The accordian thingy you refer to is a casing for the hinge and it keeps out moisture and keeps in lubricant. If you have to replace the bumper, take a second mortgage out on the house. I had a 1985 Cadillac whose bumper was busted to s**t and it was going to cost me $5000 to replace. See what I mean about the second mortgage? By the way, did you have the green light to turn? If you did, the other drivers insurance is responsible for the repairs to your car.|||depends on what kind of car. I just paid $200 for a door at a junk yard. It had glass and windows motor intact|||PICTURES OR LINKS WOULD BE HELPFUL....
